Edibar Systems, Inc., offers in house training for all
software products. Training sessions usually run from
9:00 am to 4:00 pm, unless prior arrangements are
made with the trainer. You will receive hands-on training
by our technical support and systems analysis staff.
Visual ARMS workshops are held Thursday and Friday
of the third full week of each month. This is a free refresher
training offered through your annual support contract
for 2 people per contract year. This class is for current users
of the software only, not to be used for new customer training.
Classes will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
On-Site Training
On-Site Installation and Training services are offered
in the US, Canada and Mexico. Systems Analysts are
scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am and depart no later
than 5:00 pm, unless prior arrangements are made.
Phone Training
Telephone consulting services are offered in 3 hour
intervals. Primarily used for setting up EDI, training
on Visual Code-A-Label and/or Visual Mask Editor.
Webex Training
Webex consulting services are offered in 3 hour intervals.
Primarily used for troubleshooting, EDI setup and
maintenance of databases. Access to the Internet is
required for this service.
