Visual-ARMS Full 2-Day Course
Objective:
This training program is designed to prepare automotive
suppliers to use Visual-ARMS. Training can be both a
first time session and a refresher course for users that have already been
trained.
1st Day
Installation:
- How to install Visual-ARMS
Setting up Visual-ARMS:
- Master Files (Parts, Customer/Vendor, Trading Partner, etc.)
- Barcode printer
- Report printer
- Default directories
- EDI API setup
- Changing passwords
Label Types:
- Mixed, Master, Container labels
- Data identifiers
Barcode Printing:
- Serial number setup
- Designing a label
- Printing a label
2nd Day
Daily procedural steps: (Steps will vary per OEM)
- Importing inbound requirements
- Creating Shipping Work Orders
- Editing and copying Shipping Work Orders
- Printing shipper reports
- Barcode label printing
- Scanning for palletization
- Scanning for shipment
- Reconcilliation against requirements
- Completing a Shipping Work Order
- Printing a Bill of Lading
- Printing a Master Packing List
- Exporting ASN data
- Accepting and Archiving a shipment
