BCS Web Print End of Life
- April 8, 2008 - Edibar Systems, Inc. announced today it will End of Life their BCS Web
Print application software effective June 1, 2008. End of life means the product will no longer
be supported or available after the effective date.
Edibar Systems, Inc. is replacing this application with a new Web Print application it will use the
same functionality as BCS Web Print. The new Web Print has the approved and updated labels for all the current
OEM’s.

Edibar Systems Inc. participates in Ford Label Certification
- Edibar Systems, Inc., a Macomb Michigan technology firm, announced today that it was one of
three selected vendors to provide Ford Motor Company Label Certification for Ford suppliers. The certification process will cover
suppliers that must provide shipping labels for Ford's "NORTH AMERICAN LABEL DESIGN SPECIFICATION (BAO-1122-L)" also known as, "SHIPPING
PARTS/IDENTIFICATION LABEL STANDARD. The certification process includes Ford suppliers to Asia, Africa, North America, and South America".
This new process will become part of the Q1, MMOG compliance guideline as of December 31, 2007.
Edibar Systems Inc. and Edict Systems Partner to Create a New EDI Solution

TS Trim Enhances "Lean Manufacturing" Business Processes with Edibar-RMS
- TS Trim Industries is a very specialized supplier, shipping an average of about 40 trucks
a day to many Honda Manufacturing plants. Edibar Systems, Inc. was able to assist with TS Trims needs using the Edibar-Release
Management System (Edibar-RMS).
Edibar-Release Management System Receives Microsoft Certification
- Edibar Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the Edibar-Release Management System (Edibar-RMS)
software was officially accepted into the Certified Microsoft Partner Program in June 2006. Edibar has many success stories
with the Edibar-RMS product, part of this success can be accredited to the Microsoft Certification.
Honda Shipping Solutions Streamlined by Keihin AirCon (KAC) and Edibar Systems, Inc.
- KAC moved to the Edibar-Release Management System (Edibar-RMS) because of the
capability of customization to fit their needs. The user-friendly screens and different applications have helped
KAC to increase their timing and productivity with the Honda shipping solution.
Edibar Systems, Inc., Release Management System (E-RMS)
– E-RMS has been approved by Honda of America as a Standard EDI/Bar
Code Software Solution for their business needs. The new approval extends to recent Line-side Printing and sequence supplier requirements.
Glovia / Fujitsu Alliance
– Our latest business partner is a fully integrated
ASN shipping solution using the Edibar E-RMS and Visual-ARMS shipping control systems. Our Glovia
partnership, with our application mapping tools, provide customers with a
turnkey ERP solution for the Automotive Industry including Honda of America.

Process - Edibar Systems, Inc., and
Seeburger Corporation have teamed together to offer an inexpensive solution for
automotive suppliers using the SAP ERP product. Due to our experience with
Honda of America, Seeburger was able to meet Honda's stringent approval process
in record time.
Product Announcements:
Ford Motor Company New BAO1122L Spec. - Edibar Systems, Inc.,
has recently added the new Ford Shipping Label specifications to our Web Print,
Code-A-Label, and Visual ARMS products. These labels include the modifications
outlined in the new AIAG B10 and B16 shipping label specifications.
Web Print - Harley
Davidson continues to require their
suppliers that ship to their Velocity Center Parts Distribution facilities to
create their labels from the Edibar Web Print product. The system, developed with
Sterling Commerce’s Web Forms product, provides Harley Davidson suppliers with
orders, order status, communication for shipments (ASN) and integrated printing
of labels for their KANBAN process.
Micro HUB EDI Solution - I am pleased to announce our new Supply Chain Management
Solution for small to medium sized suppliers needing to implement EDI with
their vendors. The Micro HUB solution provides 1st tier suppliers a
fast and easy way to send their EDI 850, 830, or 862 documents and receive 856
advance ship notices. The solution also addresses vendors that are not EDI
capable but can receive e-mails or faxes. Our newest installation is with Curtis
Maryasu in Lebanon, Kentucky to address their Ford MMOG requirements.

With the February 2007 sunset announcement of the Visual Automated Release
Management System (Visual-ARMS) LAN version, we have been working
diligently on developing all Trading Partners for the new Edibar- Release
Management System (E-RMS). Here is a list of the available Trading Partners:

Sunset of BCSPG and Visual Code-A-label®
September 4, 2007 - Edibar Systems, Inc. announced today it will Sunset their legacy software products Bar Code Solutions Program Generator (BCSPG) and Visual Code-A-Label stand alone label printing software effective immediately.
Any client that is in need of replacement solutions for the batch store and forward BCSPG will be provided the Radio Frequency software solution for their Visual ARMS shipping control system at no additional charge for the software upon request. On-site installation assistance is available at Edibar's current time and material rates. Phone support for the RF software is available under your current Visual ARMS annual software fee's.
Clients looking for a replacement solution for their Code-A-Label printing solution can access the Edibar Web Print system available on the Internet on our web page. This is a limited label printing solution and may not contain all of the features available from their legacy printing solution.
Sunset means that the product is no longer available for sale and is the first step in the "End of Life" process. Clients that are currently under support will not receive a renewal notice when their current support expires. The proposed End-of-Life for this product is September of 2008, support will no longer be available.

Sunset of Visual ARMS LAN Version
February 6th, 2007 - Edibar Systems, Inc. announced today it will sunset their legacy software
product Visual Automated Release Management System (Visual ARMS) LAN version effective immediately.
Sunset means that the product is no longer available for sale and is the first step in the "End of Life" process.
Support for the LAN version will be available for the immediate future. However, as new features, requirements,
and improvements within the automotive community are mandated Edibar Systems will evaluate whether these improvements
will be added to the legacy system.
The new Microsoft Certified Edibar-Release Management System (E-RMS) is the Next Generation product our customers have
been waiting for. The new system is written in Microsoft's .NET language and utilizes Microsoft's SQL Server database.
Edibar-RMS was designed to address our customer's needs of multi- company, multi- user, multi- OEM, and multi- lingual needs.
No End-of-Life date has been set for this product as of this date in order to give our customers suitable migration or update
plans and feedback.
Sunset of Windows 98 Support
Effective immediately Edibar Systems, Inc.,
will no longer support new
installations of our product on Windows 98.
End of Life for Windows 98 is currently
set for 1-1-2005.
End of life means that Edibar Systems, Inc.,
will not recognize the Windows 98 platform as a supported
operating system for our products. No further testing
or support will be available after this date.
Sunset of Windows 95 Support
Effective immediately Edibar Systems, Inc.,
will no longer support new
installations of our product on Windows 95.
End of Life for Windows 95 is currently
set for 7-1-2002.
End of life means that Edibar Systems, Inc.,
will not recognize the Windows 95 platform as a supported
operating system for our products. No further testing
or support will be available after this date.
Expanded Training Options for Maintenance
Customers
Visual ARMS Standard Annual Support
Services now include up to two
days of In-House training at Edibar Systems for 2 people
per contract year. This
service is offered on the third full week of each month
on a Thursday and Friday only. This Class is for current users of the software
only, not to be used for new customer training. Class size is limited and reservations
are required. Contact Mark Gilbert or Beth Demeere in customer service to schedule.

Contract Renewals Essential for Support

support agreements two months before their support
expiration date. If you are not receiving these letters
in the mail please contact Robyn Wertman at (586)
677-8800.
In order to receive support assistance you
must be fully under support. Once we have received payment for the
full support amount, your company’s information will
be updated in our database until next year.
The Support Agreement will come as an
invoice. This invoice is the actual and only invoice
you will receive. If you have any questions regarding
